To write is to bend reality so that you may create something entirely unrealistic and real at the same time. It is a fantasy world that will forever be, even if it is locked away in the mind and never thought of.
No matter what you write, you cannot escape the beautifulness and timeless art which writing is, be it a letter, a poem, a play or a short story. People will never tire of writing, nor will they ever run out of ideas. It may be that the even the most magnificent plot is clichéd and well-used, but it is how the plot is told that makes it so magnificent.
Each writer is unique. Even if he takes someone else’s characters and plays with them. Fan fiction is not a crime. It is an art. It is sad that some authors do not see this.
